Lifepoint began in 2013 in a storefront in downtown Chillicothe, MO when a group of believers sought to reach their beloved community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Their desire was to be a church for the unchurched, a place where everyone, from every walk of life, could feel welcome, and to remove any barriers that existed to keep people from hearing the gospel message. God has moved in some unbelievable ways since 2013. 

As the years have passed, God has continued to provide the means to develop depth and maturity in our intent to remove barriers to the transforming power of the Gospel in our community. He has provided people and resources along the way to expand the ministry of Lifepoint Church and lay a foundation for the future.

Our aim is to continue to build a solid foundation in Christ for the generations to come. We desire to leave a legacy of growing faith that influences our community for the glory of God for as long as God would have us planted here.
